The belt conveyor pulleys are designed as per IS:8531

Shell

Shell of Pulley as per IS:2062

Shaft

Conforms to C40/ C45 as per IS:1570 or equivalent.

Lagging

Quality Conveyor Pulleys with natural rubber/ synthetic rubber lagging are also manufactured according to our customer’s design parameters, with diamond or herringbone grooving for the drive pulleys, non-driving pulleys also may be lagged if required by customers.

Testing

Dimensional test, die penetration test, ultrasonic testing, static balancing test etc. are performed in each pulley to ensure its performance & quality standards.
